Innovative Basement Authority did a good job researching my situation and talking me through the exact work that would happen and why. Jeremiah and Dion worked very hard to get the job done, according to the timeline, even after encountering some blockers. They adapted to get the project done as close to plan as possible and still on schedule.

July 1, 2024 Jaid Long installed floor jacks in our basement and he was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He was fast yet efficient, and very thorough with everything whether it be changes or things that have come up. Im hoping that hell be the one to come back and do more work! 10/10 recommend this company and Jaid! -Shirley Traxler

Rickey and Ben came to my house this morning to extend my sump drainage away from a low spot in my yard and further from my house. They finished the job and the cleanup in under 4 hours. Both Rickey and Ben are very hard workers and personable gents as well. I am very pleased with how this job went.

Jeremiah T. and Dion R. did an excellent job installing a special dehumidifier and foam sealant in our basement. I appreciate their care with our home and their courteous communication. Looking forward to a visit from a second IBA team later today. Update: Gregg P and Gunnar R did a beautiful job with the foam filling to fix a large sink hole in our yard. They were very speedy and went over everything to make sure I understood and was satisfied with the work. Thanks again!
