FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home and radon mitigation system we design is custom and unique. We custom design each system based on the building construction of the home or commercial property to ultimately help effectively mitigate radon gas but also protect the aesthetics of the property and keep the residual costs of operating a radon mitigation system (energy penalty) as low as possible. Please call for a price estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a free consultation. Some consultations can be done over the phone, and some are done on site at your location. From there, we email a formal estimate and go over a time that works best with your schedule. Depending on the different variables included in your estimate to install your radon mitigation system, on average, most installs take between 2-4 hours to complete. More complex jobs can take longer. Once your system is installed, we leave a test to ensure that the your new radon mitigation system has effectively and significantly reduced the radon levels in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified through The National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) which serves as the credentialing and certification division of AARST and is recognized as the nation’s leading certification program for radon professionals. Moreover, we have a professional plumbing licensure to ensure we adhere to all codes relating to sump pump repair and replacement.
