- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here are all my current prices for events and sessions: There is also a 10% discount available to all clients who wish to pay in full at booking! Wedding/Event rates: $2.000 - 4 hours coverage $2,500 - 6 hours coverage $3,000 - 8 hours coverage $4,000 - 12 hours coverage Event rates include an optional Silver session (15 images and 30 minutes), travel and edits on all images. Session rates: $300 - Steel session (4 images, 15 min.) $350 - Bronze session (8 images, 15 min.) $450 - Silver session (15 images, 30 min.) $650 - Gold session (25 images, 1 hour) 25% non-refundable deposit minimum required at booking for event sessions. Basic sessions require 50% to book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to set up calls with clients and work through any questions they may have. For event packages, I have an extra optional session included so we can meet in person before the day. This allows us the opportunity to get to know each other better and talk about the expectations and agenda for their day.
