- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have starting prices for our events and wedding packages but we work with each customer individually to customize both the experience and the cost. Each customer receives a personalized event proposal after our first planning meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to understand what you are looking for and listen to your desires regarding the event. We will ask questions to help build a picture of what you are sharing and then build a personalized event proposal. This proposal not includes costs, but also a vision board so we can start bringing our collaborative ideas to life.
