Company was responsive as soon as I sent a request. I was sent a text with an ETA to keep me updated. The guys came early and had no problems with the stuff I wanted removed from my garage and yard. They didn't jack me around and try to raise the price. I believe it was a good value for what they all took. I will definitely use them in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a simple price for removing debris. We do have a minimum and 11 other price points as the trailer fills. There are a lot of costs associated with junk removal from labor, fuel, wear and tear, disposal fees, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just to give them the outmost respect and attention they deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been a dumpster diver my whole life. As a child and even into adult hood. I bring home all kinds of junk I just have a passion for it
