Mike was one of the few installers that was willing to take on a small job. It understandably took a while to schedule, but Mike was a responsive communicator throughout the process. His guys came out this morning and knocked out the job by lunchtime. They were polite and professional, and left a clean job site on departure. Most importantly, the gutters and downspouts look great! I highly recommend MH Seamless Gutters.

I live out of the country with a house in Madison, so I needed someone to make the repairs who would be quick and reliable. After leaving the inquiry on Thumbtack, I got a response from Mike within 30 min. He corresponded with me and I got the gutter guards and larger spouts installed. He met with a neighbor who I asked to confer with and was polite and professional. He got the job done 4 days after I initially contacted him, done in a few hours, and the bill was settled the next day. Mike wrote to me immediately after he was finished with the job. When it rained the night after the installation, no rain seeped into the basement. Mike said if the problem wasn't fixed, he would continue to assist until the problem was solved. I feel Mike is a guy that can be trusted.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has not changed since I started ! I am fair and very efficient at what I don so by being good it makes me more money by saving time on each job !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made I will personally come to your property and evaluate the job and give a quote on work to be performed ! Once hired I will come and do the job in a very professional matter and walk around after the job is finished to make sure everyone is happy ! Then the final step is invoicing !
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel I am an intivator in this industry! There are very few people that have the experience I have so learning from someone else is not necessary!
