- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is as follows: If hired for a carpet cleaning I ask a few questions about how the carpet got dirty in the first place. Based on the answers, recommendations will follow such as when the last time the customer had their air ducts cleaned, do they have pets, is there a lot of construction around and so on. Based on this the answers I can recommend a comprehensive plan to save the customer money and longer time between cleanings. I call this preventative Maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to gather as much information as possible to ensure the customer receives an accurate quote. We pride ourselves on not shocking the customers at the end of the job. Our customer will be informed the entire process of the job. No surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 22 years of experience in this field of service and we are constantly researching new products to do an even better job. We even offer suggestions to our customers to achieve a longer time frames between jobs. Constant improvement is always our mindset. This helps us to be more efficient and pass the savings on to the customer.
