FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is to begin with a meeting at the job site. At that meeting, I will evaluate the type of project it is, and explain every aspect of the process to the client. In an interior job, I really focus on the prep work and making sure all belongings and floors are covered, holes are patched, walls are sanded, ect. in order to provide a high quality product. If it's an exterior job, I pressure wash and clean all surfaces before applying the primer and paint for long-lasting results. I also provide any alternatives that can be made in order to save the client money for equal quality results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend conventions and trainings that discuss any new products and tools that are released.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father has painted both commercial and residential buildings for over 35 years in California. Throughout my childhood, I would work with him on the weekends where he taught me everything he knows. It really transformed into a family business over the years when we moved to Wisconsin. With his assistance, we have been able to grow a successful business together.
