FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give my best price up front, I typically don't leave the presentation until I have given the owner 3 different options to choose from, this way they can decide which options best suits their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive the phone call, I will ask for a general description of what they are looking for. If it is a service that I provide, I then give them a couple of dates and times to choose from to set an appointment to have me out to take a look and give a quote. This usually takes from 30 to 90 minutes. Once on site, I will walk them through a 3-step process, (something my clients have found to be really helpful in the past) Discovery, Design, and Options. Once we have gone through this, I will provide you with 3 different quotes to choose from before leaving the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Primarily on the job training, as well as some classroom education, business classes, safety, Oregon continuing education, and being lead certified for demolition projects
