- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a one price fits all system for my services. Every statement of work or quote is catered to the specific needs of my clients. My retainer services are also catered specifically to the services which my clients need the most regular support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to all new customers to understand where they are at in their business and where they want to be. From there, we discuss what's necessary to help them get their business to the next level. Once we agree on a general action plan, for clients who have a one-time project in mind, I create a comprehensive statement of work outlining the scope of the project, client's responsibilities, and a flat rate quote for my service. For clients who want on-going support, I offer a retainer model for a set of services my client is looking for on a regular basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for 10+ years at Microsoft and other notable companies as a Senior Product Manager in charge of entire projects, including bottom line financial accountability of my projects. More recently, I've become an entrepreneur, starting my own business and now am consulting to help other start-ups and small businesses find success!
