I've been doing roofing for 15 years. I know how to install many types of roofing system like pvc and tpo membranes, ib, epdm, torch down, self adhering and versico. Including slope roof like composition shingles. Metal roof. Cedar shakes. Also I'm a master single applicator on all of certainteed shingles. When it comes to repair a roof or full roofing replacement I'm putting my heart into it. I'm a trustworthy. I never cut corners. We hired Premium Solutions Exteriors LLC for our roof repair. Rafael came to give us free estimate and give me a complete rundown of the things that need to get fixed. He explained everything in detail and was very polite and professional. I then hired him to complete the work. He is very punctual. We had few broken vents and few shingles were loose and coming off. He replaced the plastic vents with metal. Completed the work in the time and with quality. Took lots of pictures and videos that would explain what all work was done. I am really happy with the work. I will definitely hire him for future jobs.

Rafael was great, he came out to re-patch a spot on my roof that was clearly a DIY project from the previous homeowner. He was punctual, responsive, fast, and went the extra mile to fix a vent pipe that he discovered had become separated. Would definitely recommend him for any roof repair!

I am very impressed with Rafael’s work. They detect the water leakage using a device, give us a transparent quote (very reasonable price). They fixed a roof leakage issue, examined my entire roof and identified another issue and fixed the 2nd issue as well with reasonable additional cost. They shoot video of the fixes and mailed a warranty to me. I felt they are very reliable and with great work down with just a few hundred dollars.
