I would have preferred a quick turnaround from from bid to work, but the Puget Sound is crazy with construction work right now so won't hold that against Cobalt.

I had a small leak in my roof and Kevin came right out and quickly diagnosed the problem. The crew that came out to fix the small section of the roof did an outstanding job. They were very kind and a pleasure to work with. They took before, during, and after photographs and used them to show me what they had fixed and why, and how they fixed it and what to expect. They also took a moment to look around the rest of the roofing and pointed out some other areas that I should be aware of that might have issues in the future. Cobalt Exteriors is the only option for my exterior needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to work with customers individually to find a solution that not only meets your needs, but also stays within your budget. Cobalt will provide options for whatever work you need done to your home, at various different price points, and will never pressure you towards a decision one way or the other.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or email us to schedule an appointment, then we will send an inspector out to your house to speak with you and analyze the situation at hand. Within a day or two, we will then provide a detailed proposal with our proposed scope of work and associated pricing, then work with you to make any little changes you would like from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 35+ years experience in the residential construction industry, and are certified by various product suppliers to as master installers, including James Hardie (siding) and Owens Corning (roofs).
