Amy did an excellent job in the tuning of our piano. She explained in detail what options we have going forward in order to improve the cosmetics of it also.

Amy was punctual, she was serious about the task and got to work right away. I think that she did a thorough and a complete process procedure on tuning and adjusting various parts of my piano and that it sounded great after she was done. I also think that piano owners can do some cleaning on it's moving internal parts, like I did to reduce the service time so the tuner can focus more on the actual tuning and needed important adjustments. I'm planning to contact her again for the next tuning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have played piano for 40 years and I am quite mechanically inclined. I enjoy complex puzzles. This career has been a perfect match for my interests.
