- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts during each major holiday. Keep an eye out for them! I set my price according to the Washington state standard of pricing. Based on financial situations, I am more than willing to work with people on the amount it would cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure that they feel as comfortable as possible. Whether that is meeting them at a location, having them come to my office, electronically signing documents, or walking through the entire paperwork. I am happy to do whatever it takes, within reason, to make sure everyone is comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a huge background in the medical field as well as property management. I have also taken and hold a real estate license for the state of Washington.
