- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a basic pricing for tiered cakes and cupcakes, but those still vary depending upon design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a quote, I answer any pertinent questions to work out details & if applicable, set up a consultation and tasting appointment. From there, it depends on each situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm completely self taught and started decorating cakes in 1983. I'm still growing and love to learn new techniques to get better and better. I have a passion for making the cake help your day be the best!
