Summary: We found a roofer whom we will always call in future for our roof issues. Long Version : We had a water leak under our solar panels. I shared pics of the attic and the leak with Ryan and he agreed to come over. After he inspected the area, he was pretty sure he found the root-cause of the leak and went about fixing it. I also asked him to build a perimeter around solar panels so that squirrels cannot make a nest on the roof. The leakage did not stop and I informed Ryan and he immediately responded that he will come over and re-check. Again, he was fairly confident of the issue and attempted to fix it. It was on his third trip, when the Fix worked and no leakage since last 6 months. It was a difficult job as the area from where leak was happening was covered by solar panels and tricky to inspect. But, Ryan never showed any frustration and always worked on the problem smilingly. He also did not asked for payment for his later trips, but he came to our place from 20 miles away and therefore I compensated him

Very good experience working with Ryan from beginning to end. He provided a prompt response to our initial inquiry and conducted an on site assessment of our roof. His recommendations were in line with other roofers we spoke with, and his quote was in range of what we thought the repair should cost. He was available to complete the repair by the next week, which obviously varies by season, but was way better than the months lead time other companies were indicating. On the day of work, he arrived when expected, completed the work quickly, and provided photographs of his work since we couldn't go on the roof ourselves. Finally, he guaranteed his work for a year. All in all, a very positive experience, and we would absolutely consult with him for future work.
