I had a fantastic experience with the shingle repair service, especially thanks to Gabriel. Despite the rain and the fact that I live 45 minutes away, he came out to inspect my roof without hesitation. After receiving a ridiculously high quote from a large Company for a small roof repair I put off getting it fixed. Then it leaked again. I was skeptical about calling another roofing company believing they would all be out to take advantage of me. So I took the chance and called Pro Roofer. Gabriel called me back very quickly. I spoke to him and told him the situation with my roof. He came out that day and inspected what I had going on. He called me back and told me what he had found. Turns out that more than likely the leak wasn't even coming from the area the Large company was going to charge me almost $2000 to fix. The leak was more likely from a window that needed resealed. Gabriel came back the very next day and fixed my window ( actually two windows) and put some tar on a couple of flashing spots. I was charged a fraction of the cost of what the other company was going to charge me and probably would still have the leak. The integrity and honesty Gabriel showed will definitely make me a repeat customer. That kind of honesty and exceptional customer service is hard to find. Thank you Gabriel and Pro Roofer!

Gabriel and his crew did an excellent job installing our new roof. Gabriel was reliable and professional from start to finish. His crew was quiet, clean and polite, and we were happy to have them working at our house. We're so glad he was recommended to us. Roof looks fantastic and the price was very competitive. Gabriel and his team came out and expertly and professionally fixed a couple of issues on my roof in a minimal amount of time with no weird upsell and a very fair price. At the same time he offered some long-term advice on roofing timeline, etc. that was very helpful in our long-term planning for roof replacement. I'll be going with Pro Roofer LLC and Gabriel when it's time to replace.

Hired Pro Roofer to fix and replace some rotted fascia boards and leaky gutters as well as moss treatment on the roof. They were quick to schedule and execute. Very good pricing and didn’t push to charge for unnecessary work. Will be using them in the future!

Greet myself, Learn the history of the roof, understand what the customer wants, go over options with the customer, present them with samples of the product, go over pricing and get the job scheduled and started.
