I had a great experience with Ibex every step of the way through my recent roof repair. Their estimator, Hanoa, was super knowledgeable, explained everything he was recommending and why, worked with me on pricing the right scope of work, and followed up to see the process through. They scheduled quickly. Matt even followed up with me on a weekend to make sure there were no delays!. The technician, Kettner, who came to do the work was top notch. He got a lot done in a short amount of time, did a great job making sure anything that could turn into an issue got resolved, communicated clearly about what he did, and was super friendly and respectful. I really can't recommend these guys enough. They are truly set apart by their professionalism, quality, customer service, and willingness to stand behind their work. Thanks Ibex!

Ibex did an amazing job on our new gutters! Easy to schedule and installed within two weeks of our initial estimate. They look perfect and really add to the curb appeal of our home, not to mention the value. We will happily work with them again in the future!

I waited a year before posting my review to make sure that the roof is good quality. Seems great. The gutters too. Ibex was a great company to work with, the original salesman who gave us the bid was great and respectful and fun and knowledgeable. It turned out to be a very difficult job for them because there were a lot of unforeseen challenges that our old house from 1908 presented. Ibex ended up making a lot of mistakes along the way, But they corrected every single one and stood by their original bid even though it cost them out of pocket to stay true to their word. I have massive respect for them and would use them again in an instant. Highly recommended.

Pricing is usually done on a per job basis. On average, roof replacements range from $250-$1000 per square (100 sq ft). On the lower end are simple asphalt composition roofs, on the high end are premium products on complicated roofs.

Meet at the customer house, go over a new roof folder that contains all our info and examples, answer all their questions, make a bid on hand for them, and keep in touch with them.
