- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cherry Roofing does a complete inspection prior to giving you a price to ensure we catch everything so your price is accurate the first time, no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a convenient time to come out to your home and do the inspection. We will show you the different products we offer and we will put your bid in writing for you right there on the spot. On rare occasions we might need to email you additional information, if you have a unique situation that we want to further review prior to final price. However this is extremely rare.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All members of our team go through extensive training. We have weekly training on products, product installation, safety requirements and best practices in the industry, to ensure we are always performing your work with the highest level of excellence.
