- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am competitive in pricing and offer much more than most other Agents! I prefer not to discuss 'pricing' as they say but illustrate the value and product that I get that will save you money today!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Washington State Managing Broker, who has met higher requirements in qualifications for education and experience--- which is much different from a regular Broker as it gives me three times the state-required education that a typical agent would have. I also graduated with my Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance & Business Management from Washington State University. My education and background in business truly gives an advantage when negotiating and an understanding of what the numbers mean during the purchase or sale of a property. I have been directly involved with residential, multi-family and commercial transactions since 2003 with a sales range from $51k to $7.6 million.
