- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to provide my sellers and buyers with helpful information to assist them in their moving process. This includes home sale trends in their neighborhood, comparable recent sales of properties like theirs. I also like to search for new home listings that meet my clients needs and budgets often, including daily if needed. The market is hot and homes that are priced right and show well can sell in a day if not days!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a graduate and undergraduate education in Business Communications from San Francisco State University. I read constantly about the economy, real estate market and political climate that can affect home ownership.
