- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the property. We do have veteran and volume discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We interview you and you interview us. We look to see if we are a match in styles. If we are a match, we will invite you to a contract and disclosure documents. Then we having On-Boarding review your file to dot I's and Cross T's to ensure everything is as accurate as possible with utilities, HOA's, and more. Afterwards Service will work with you and your tenant with on-going matters.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do constant training as we believe the PM market is ever-changing and we must do our best to keep up. We have Federal, State, and Franchisee training. Then we add in company and department training on a bi-weekly basis.
