- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair and easy to understand pricing structure. As of 03/24 - $60 travel fee, $10 per signature Real-Estate & Escrow documents - Ask for pricing or visit our website. All common forms of payment accepted. Cash, Credit, Debit, business check, Zip pay, Cash app, Venmo, Apple, Google, pay pal and more... We look forward to assisting!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand what the clients needs are and the deadlines. Lean the clients availability. Discuss clearly to the client how I can assist to solve their tasks at hand. Clearly agree on a schedule and cost of the task. Before leaving the client, be sure I did everything they needed and I did not miss anything. I will also leave you with a business card for future contact.
