- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-For Notarization - Fair and easy to understand pricing structure. As of 01/2024 $60 travel fee, $10 per signature -Real-Estate & Escrow documents - Ask for pricing or visit our website -Process Serving - The base fee is $100 for one attempt. $225 will allow for up to 3 attempts. All attempts will be throroughly documented as well as the location photographed. I will file the proof of service once completed for both levels of service. - PLEASE NOTE _ I CAN ONLY SERVE PAPERS IN WASHINGTON! All common forms of payment accepted. Cash, Credit, Debit - we use Stripe so we can bloop your card at the visit!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Understand what the clients needs are and the deadlines. -Learn the clients availability. -Discuss clearly to the client how I can assist to solve their tasks at hand. -Indicate what I am capable of doing for the client- -Clearly agree on a schedule and cost of the task. -Before leaving the client, be sure I did everything they needed and I did not miss anything. I will also leave you with a business card for future contact
