- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In regard to my pricing, I prefer to look at the location of the project to ensure I am pricing accurately and fairly. I value the customer's input and opinions on materials or design ideas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is keeping the line of communication open via email, text, or calls to set up a time and day that works with the customer's schedule. I physically look at the location and if possible, meet in person with the customer to discuss ideas and provide a free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have approximately 10 years working in the landscape industry in the Pacific Northwest.
