Dear Customers, In light of the current situation with Covid 19, we are taking safety precautions to protect you and ourselves by keeping our social distance. We are taking appointments and offer consultation that we can conduct digitally via Skype, face time and other methods. We charge half the cost as we are not physically on site. We also do our measurement services as usual but we will adhere to the CDC guidance on the social distance. The rest of the work will be conducted via email, conference calls and mailing of physical samples if required. I am opening a new business and Savana and Trina have helped me lay out the initial floor plan with code in mind and more importantly, did all of the leg work with the city to find out the scope of the project and different avenues the project could take. When they ran into issues with the city not being as forthcoming with the answers needed, they took the extra time to set up more meetings and worked to talk to the higher ups to resolve the task at hand. They were very conscientious of the large project ahead and how involved it would be, so they really met me with the necessary energy for the project. I couldn’t be happier with their work.

I hired Savana Studios on Thumbtacks recommendation and I was not disappointed. Savana was absolutely wonderful answering my questions and working with me on product and price. Unfortunately, for me, I had to cancel my project for now. But if I can revive the idea I’m calling Savana Studios again. They were wonderful.

Pricing is based on each project, it depends on what is required and the involvement in terms of time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We talk on the phone ... it is very important for us to understand what the customer needs are before advising them or charging them for a site visit. 2. We recommend a site visit, we do charge for our visits and it is dependent on where our clients are located and the type of project (interior or architectural). Our site visits fees start at $150 per visit and are non-refundable. 3. We give our clients an estimate and an agreement of our service prior to commencing any work. This applies to commercial and residential projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Diploma in art & design, bachelors in architectural interiors and MArch masters in architecture.
