Bogdan installed some laminate flooring in my photography studio. He was very responsive to messages and helped answer all my questions. He came out to measure and instructed me on how much material to purchase. When the materials were ready, he picked them up for me and brought them to my space. Not only was he able to accommodate my crazy schedule, but he was also able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. He even returned some leftover flooring back to Home Depot for me! As a busy mom and business owner, this was a big deal for me!! I am not used to hiring out these types of jobs and I don’t know my way around a home improvement store at all. He made the process very easy for me and I will recommend Bogdan to anyone I know who is in need of new flooring!

Arctic Floors was simply fantastic! From start to finish, we had confidence that our floor install was in good hands. From the initial estimate/measuring to the finishing, Arctic Floors was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They did what they said they would do, showed up when they said they would, worked hard all day long, cleaned up their mess, and actually finished a day early (YES - a day early)! We have had many home improvement companies in the house lately, and Arctic Floors was an absolute joy to deal with. Our floors and baseboards look amazing, and we couldn't be more pleased. We would definitely recommend them. If we could have chosen all five positive attributes to describe them, we would have - so I will add them here. In addition to their Work Quality, Professionalism, and Responsiveness, I would also give them very high marks on their Value and Punctuality. Quality company doing quality work, doing what they say they will do - hire them, you won't be disappointed!!
