We hired Idea&realization for two projects. We wanted a side door added to our garage and an attic ladder system replaced. Andrey was very timely and respectful. He came out to do the bid efficiently and got us on the books for the following week. He prices his services very fairly and did an excellent job with installation and precision. We have a drain system on the patio beneath our stairs, and we chose Andrey for the job after he inspected the site. His attention to detail was evident as he examined the stairs, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his craftsmanship, a quality that’s hard to come by these days. The finished stairs are absolutely stunning, and he even added a removable panel with magnets for easy access to the drain system. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our choice to hire Andrey despite his limited reviews, and we will definitely reach out to him for any future projects.
