Ilia did an excellent job waterproofing, replacing and painting cracked and loose siding on my 96 y.o. house. He found extra boards that needed replacing and included those in his price. The house looks good!

I had 6 doors that needed some tweaking. He fixed 4 of the 6 and said the remaining 2 doors had issues with the frame that made fixing them a much bigger job. While he normally requires a 2 hour minimum, he offered to only charge me for one hour - I only mention this to show that he is fair, not that anyone else should expect to be charged less than 2 hours.
