- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting up and building an honest relationship off the start! Background, experience, previous project, etc… then get to budget, ideas and management/outcome of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many courses over the years as well as hands on training. For starters education wise I’ve received a diploma/AA in manufacturing from LCC which is a well rounded degree in that it touched bases on all facets of the industry’s. Also had taken many courses through Sacramento State University to include certifications in Water Collection Specialist, Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Operations II. My main upbringing to the trades has been my backbone out of high school working for a contractor at a young age weatherizing homes for PUD and Customers instilled great core values. This would include window replacement, doors, insulating walls,floors and attics as well. This led into all other forms of construction then after. Of them all, My favorite being finish work! We/I continue the journey of professionalism educating ourselves as the innovations of the industry evolve ever greener!
