I reached out to Thunder about getting my garage door repaired. The SAME day John was at my house. He told me what was needed and that my garage motor would need to be replaced in the next year or two. I no way did he try to upsell my into buying one the same day and did excellent work. He was friendly, professional, and punctual. I will hire them again when I need anything related to my garage door.

The spring broke on my garage door opener so the door wouldn’t go up or down. I made an appointment with Thunder but sent a message asking if they could do the job today instead. They got back to me promptly and arranged to come today. Dean came at the agreed time and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, explaining the options and completing the repair. He was friendly and professional and fixed the problem quickly. I’m totally satisfied!
