- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic fee is $130 also, diagnostic fee is $0 if customer agree whit repairs at the time when technician is on the side
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team will perform a diagnostic assessment to identify any necessary repairs. Following this evaluation, we will inform the customer of the required actions, if any. Upon receiving the customer's approval, we will order any necessary parts, which may require a down payment depending on the items ordered. Once we have received the parts, we will schedule a follow-up visit to address the issue. Additionally, we maintain a selection of basic parts in stock at all times.
