I am so pleased that we found Diaz Pro Painting (DPP). Last Summer we had a large home renovation planned that included replacing the roof, the siding and painting the exterior. We called to get one final estimate for the painting and Vickey came out to give us a price. While here, she advised me that her company also does roofing and siding and asked if she could bid on those jobs too. She came back with a quote broken down by each job and very detailed - this allowed me to compare prices for each section of the needed work. After some negotiation, we agreed to price, terms and a start date. While DPP wasn't the lowest price for each job, they were very reasonable and I found Vickey to be honest and fair in all her dealings with us. Her crew did a great job, they worked hard through some very hot days. We saw the same workers for each job and that made it easier to maintain a work plan and gave us the consistency needed to do the job right. They explained any issues or problems that arose and offered solution options to keep the job moving forward. Not everything went as planned (do these thing ever?). We were doing this work in the middle of the pandemic and several times we were short workers because of illness. We also had to deal with supply issues as many materials were in short supply and this forced us to make some alternative choices. Both of these issues caused the job to take several weeks longer than we had anticipated. This is the only real negative about having this work done and I really can't blame DPP for this, but it was frustrating. After the work was finished, we did have to call Vickey back when we found a couple small items that needed repair or just a better clean up. In each case, DPP was responsive and took care of the issues without any excuses or problems. I would not hesitate to recommend DPP for roofing, siding or painting and I will certainly call them back again if I need additional work done.

Diaz Professional Painting did a wonderful job repainting the exterior of my home. They were able to get us on the calendar and do the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again when the house needs further repainting.

It was hard to pick 3 options. I wanted to pick all 5. DPP absolutely exceeded all expectations. My home is beautiful (now). Every single person that worked on my home treated it as if it was their own. Vicky even drove miles to find the type of paint that was needed for the door (she didn't let the shortage impact her commitment to us). Hands down, DPP goes the extra mile in quality and customer care.

Vicky and her crew were fantastic from the first meeting through the end of the project. We had planned to have our gutters replaced and as we were going through the process of getting bids we decided to look into getting the house painted as well. I contacted Vicky and while she was at the house I mentioned the gutters and she let me know they could provide that as well. They bid the job and came in with better pricing than the other bids and getting it coordinated through one person was ideal. Vicky worked us in and had the entire job completed within two weeks. Great communication with Vicky and her crew. The crew were polite, efficient and performed solid work. I will definitely be going back for other work as it comes up on our home. Absolutely nothing to complain about through the entire process(and I’m picky). Highly recommend.

Vicky and her team did an excellent job on my exterior project, which included painting both my house and my detached garage, and replacing some fascia boards. Vicky was great about answering my questions and managing the project, and her crew were prompt, hard-working, and professional. I am very pleased with the way my house and garage look now and highly recommend Diaz Professional Painting!
