- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work diligently to find materials at the best price available and do my best to keep my rates competitive and fair! I know electrical work can be a unexpected expense and I take that into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I hear from a customer I return their call or text as soon as I can. I make myself available to head out to the address needing service and if the customer is interested I put together a estimate for the work the same day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended at JATC in Portland to become a licensed electrical journeyman. I have worked in Clark county working as a electrical apprentice and journeyman for over 10 years. For the past couple of years I have been working in specialized service work, trouble shooting and fixing electrical issues within homes and businesses.
