Eddie installed a new ‘breaker box’ in our home. He was easy to contact, explained the process in detail, and completed the job on time. It required reaching out to the city for a permit and scheduling an inspection from the power company. Good job!

I would rate Eddie highly on all of the review criteria. I contacted four electricians via Thumbtack and all responded. Eddie actually called me within minutes and we discussed our electrical problem. He was available to come the next day. He gave us an estimate with a range of costs. After completing the work the final cost was at the lower end of the range. It was not inexpensive and I confess to be a bit surprised by the cost, but I have not hired an electrician in years so I had no gauge to go by. Fortunately, Eddie had all of his gauges and tools and fixed the problem with our defective outlets in a timely and professional manner. He explained what he thought the problem was, clearly described the steps he would take and proceeded to follow those steps with explanations on the way. I felt like I got some quick lessons in home electricity. Eddie was punctual and courteous. I would be happy to hire him again if needed and am happy to recommend him.

One morning this week the power went out in my master bedroom only. It was an odd problem, and I knew I'd need an electrician to help me out. I called a couple of places, one wouldn't be able to come till Tuesday, the other not till Friday. I needed someone who could come on Monday, as I didn't feel I could be without power in my bedroom for that long. I sleep with a CPap machine, and being able to continue to sleep in my bedroom and getting electricity to my Cpap it would be possible but an effort to do. After looking at who was on Thumbtack I contacted Eddie at E Line Electric. He called me within 5 minutes of submitting my email. He was at my house 20 minutes later. He spent 10-15 minutes doing an evaluation, left for not longer than half an hour, and came back and made the repairs to some outlets and the switch that turns my main power on and off in my bedroom, That was it. It was fixed in a little more than an hour. I'm very impressed. He did good work, explained what the problem was, and the power to my room was on again quickly. I highly recommend him. He's personable, friendly, and efficient. My dog also thought he was awesome. :-). Thank you Eddie for a job well done!
