I would rate Eddie highly on all of the review criteria. I contacted four electricians via Thumbtack and all responded. Eddie actually called me within minutes and we discussed our electrical problem. He was available to come the next day. He gave us an estimate with a range of costs. After completing the work the final cost was at the lower end of the range. It was not inexpensive and I confess to be a bit surprised by the cost, but I have not hired an electrician in years so I had no gauge to go by. Fortunately, Eddie had all of his gauges and tools and fixed the problem with our defective outlets in a timely and professional manner. He explained what he thought the problem was, clearly described the steps he would take and proceeded to follow those steps with explanations on the way. I felt like I got some quick lessons in home electricity. Eddie was punctual and courteous. I would be happy to hire him again if needed and am happy to recommend him.
