FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the job or project. Some could be more difficult than others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to reach out immediately or as soon as I’m available when ever I get a new lead. It shows the new customers that they are important and I’m willing to pause what I’m doing to put them first. When it comes to giving them an estimate, I like to set up a time to meet the costumer to introduce myself. This helps them see and choose if I would be a good fit for them. I am a people person, so I like meeting new people and introducing myself for the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my first training doing tile work when I was a teenager. I was trained by supervisors in the construction industry in my 20s and worked for multiple house builders. I was also trained as a maintenance technician for an apartment complex. That’s where I learned minor electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and all kind of handyman work. I then got into doing house and bathroom remodels for a local contracting company.
