Riley and her assistant were amazing! They helped me with all the fine details of making the day of my wedding run smoothly and effortlessly. Riley was always very responsive and helped me with many things I wouldn’t have thought of. I couldn’t have pulled off my vision without them. Highly recommend and really appreciate all there hard work with the day of set up and break down of my 100 person event.

These two bartenders were so sweet to myself and all of my guests at my wedding! They made everyone feel nice and welcome while keeping very professional! I would definitely hire them again!

My wedding day was magical, and whilst I’d like to take the credit I’d say most of the praise should go to Riley with Hustle and Bustle Coordination. She was communicative and thoughtful with me and my husband from the moment I asked her to coordinate. For instance: My now husband and I had a problem with the table cloth company— they were being confusing, lying, and truly unhelpful in how they were communicating— to the point where day of set up was mixed up and a mess. Our set up looked like a checkerboard or a weird Oreos ad. When I turned to Riley with my concerns, she immediately took the task on and handled it with expertise and professionalism turning the chaotic scene into a beautiful one— the table cloth company did not handle it as nicely. I was unaware of this until days after the wedding when the table cloth company reached out. After hearing from them, I was once again reminded and thankful for Riley’s professionalism. I assumed the day was perfect for everyone because Riley handled everything with swiftness and confidence. She helped with a dress mishap, attaching the boutonnières, decorations, food prep, and probably a thousand things I never would have guessed. She took care of me and my husband— we really had the most perfect day. Thank God for Riley. And it is with my highest respect and gratitude that I would and will recommend anyone to see Riley to coordinate for them. Thank you Riley!

They truly did a wonderful job. Everything I could’ve asked for was executed perfectly. They were all hands on and very professional with how things were handled. They made sure that my day ran smoothly and anything that popped up last minute they went to my bridesmaids/ family so I can just enjoy my day with loved ones. I’d highly recommend Hustle & Bustle to anyone looking to plan a smooth and organized wedding!
