Will, Socorro, and Elizabeth did a wonderful job cleaning our house today. A standard cleaning was very thorough and we’re pleased with the results. I also asked for a deep cleaning of my oven and stove They did a great job! I also felt that they were very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Before the on site service, Will has patiently explained the difference between cleaning services and list clearly what are the extra costs. The price is reasonable and can be adjusted based on your special needs. The team arrived on time, finish the job nice and clean. Will also sent me videos and pictures after the job. Overall, I will highly recommended them if you would like your house or apartment get cleaned.

NW Deep Clean were wonderful and very professional. They didn't excellent job of cleaning our house and could not be happier with the results. They were nice enough to fit us in last minute before the holidays and we are hoping to hire them monthly. Would highly recommend!

Our prices are very reasonable and we do have some great deals on move out or move in deep cleaning when they add extra services like inside oven ,fridge or window
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Number one : we usually like to have a conversation with them and let them to told us what can of services they looking for Number two: we explained to them about our services in general Number three: we talk about ; Dates , availability, times, prices , extra services that we offer etc. Number five : move forward if the clients are rede to book the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have about 10 years of experience and every day! We learned more and improved new cleaning supplies especially on biodegradable and green products
