I opened the request for a mini-split system and Oleg from Central Heating and Air were the 1st to contact me. They came out for the estimate pretty quickly and of the other bids I received theirs was the most competitive. I appreciated the candid conversation and no pressure sales approach. They like to work with Payne products and after some research I found that the brand is reliable and has a 10 year warranty. After accepting the bid we scheduled the work for the following week and it was done within a day, no issues with the install. I'm very happy with the work and will be contacting them in the future should I need anything and for routine maintenance.
