David's work was terrific. Repaired a rotted out structural framing issue in a bathroom and replaced (and resized!) a window in the same space. He initially quoted a two day job but was able to finish in a single day (even with repeated runs to HD). Dedicated! Will be using him again.

He showed up when he said he would and stuck to his quoted price. Replaced a support beam on our front stairs with new pressure treated lumber and painted to match. Completed the work timely and very good quality. He even left the gallon of paint for us make touch-ups in the future.

II have to say I'm absolutely impressed by this company, David was very communicative and understanding of how I want the specific project done. I had an arch shaped entryway and wanted to install a door that was also arched. It took me about eight companies to find someone that wanted to take on this project and he was able to have this project come to life! He was very patient and walked through the specifications thoroughly to make sure that it was going to be done perfectly. The end of the result of this project came out perfectly! I highly recommend anyone that has projects in the house that other companies can't take on to contact this company they will be able to make it all happen!

I recently hired Evergreen Renewal Services LLC for a major home renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The scope of work was massive: they replaced a standard 6ft French door with a heavy, stunning 12ft sliding patio door. This required extensive demo, framing, and new drywall, and they handled it all flawlessly.
One of the most impressive parts of their service was how they handled my existing cabinetry. They managed to remove all the large oak units as single pieces without any damage, relocating and adjusting them into my office and garage. It was a difficult task that required immense skill and care.
They also completely reimagined my living area by remodeling the fireplace wall. They built a new structure with modern lighted niches and extended the wall for a contemporary look. If you want a team that is highly skilled, careful with your home, and offers very fair pricing, I cannot recommend Evergreen Renewal Services enough! I have attached some pictures of the project including before and after ones.

They came and worked very hard to complete door to attic project in one day. The kept everything very clean. They also found tile and helped fix a small issue we were having in laundry room. Overall very pleased.
