RESPONSE WAS EXCELLENT NEXT DAY SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I CALLED THEM LATE IN THE DAY AFTER HAVING ANOTHER COMPANY COME AND WASTE MY TIME { 3 1/2 HRS} WANTED $$$ AND WAIT FOR PARTS. ZACK WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL HAD PART NEEDED FOR FIX AND REPAIRED WHATTHE OTHER ONE HAD DONE INCORRECTLY.

Our freezer wasn’t keeping cold. We were scheduled for repairs Monday AM with a different contractor who didn’t show up. I found 3 Brothers through Thumbtack and they came out the next day and replaced the control board. Unfortunately the Heat Exchanger also had a hole in it so they had to come back and replace it. While they were out here they also cleaned the filter on our DW, which required removing lots of parts to get access. They also repaired an issue with our dryer. It was great to get multiple repairs done at the same time.

Contacted them on a Saturday when my refrigerator stopped working and they were able to come out the very next day. The team showed up promptly and were very professional. If I need further repairs in the future, I'll be sure to contact them
