We reached out to Service Pro Plumbing after our usual plumber failed to return our calls and messages to replace a 50-gallon water heater in Camas.Brooklyn, one of the owners, responded quickly to our online inquiry and asked thoughtful questions about our situation. She was incredibly helpful in getting us on the calendar as soon as possible.Brian, the technician, showed up on time and talked us through several options and the costs/benefits of each (tank vs. tankless). He was efficient and kept us informed as he removed our old unit and installed the new one. Oh, and he wiped down the new tank and surrounding area when he was done...not something most plumbers do!We're so glad we found our new go-to plumbing company!
