- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try not to be the cheapest, or most expensive. I compare my rates to other carpet cleaners occasionally to keep up with the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I have a phone conversation to gather information on what there needs are. Sometimes I need to do an in home, or office inspection to prequalify the job in order to give an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Usually there are a few classes related to carpet and tile cleaning i try to attend annually. I frequent the internet boards with others in my fields to keep up on new products,equipment, and experiances.
