What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack requests are for Wix sites only. Pricing does not include hosting. Add hosting and maintenance at an additional cost. 3-page websites start at $999. Free 10-minute consultation. Consulting is billed at $100/hr
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with an hour-long planning call to determine your needs. I then create a plan for your site. Once you agree to the plan, I'll create the site. After the site is finished I send you the draft. You make any request for changes. I make edits. The project is complete. For consulting projects, we begin with a planning call. I then gather information based on your questions. We'll meet again to discuss my answers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former Dell, Microsoft, and Amazon employee Social Media Marketing Certification from Northwestern University Master of Science in Information Management (user experience) in progress I am experienced with WordPress and Wix but am currently available for Wix projects.
