I am a one man operation that has been working on septic systems and sewers for close to 15 years. I have the ability to diagnose and fix most things when it comes to septic systems and sewers. We had our septic system fail and consequently all the house drains backed up. I contacted Tyson about 3 o'clock Sunday he stated he would arrive by 6:30 pm. He arrived at 6 :10 and within 20 minutes had diagnosed the problem with the system. He had the necessary equipment to locate the 2nd tank in three feet of dirt and worked like a steam shovel in uncovering the lid. I was very impressed with his strong work ethic and knowledge! Approximately an hour after he started all the drains were clear and working normally . I am keeping Tyson's business card in a permanent file for any future septic troubles as he can be totally depended and relied on.

I highly recommend Tyson with 24/7 Sewers and Drains. He responds quickly, very upfront on pricing and procedure. He was excellent with keeping an open communication with me when he could perform the inspection, in fact he was able to do it earlier than planned which worked perfect for me. He immediately sent me videos of the job and told me when I could expect the written report for my lender. It's sad that 90% of the businesses don't respond to request or follow through. Thank goodness for people like Tyson!!!!

I had an emergency and my house was flooding out. They came out and diagnosed the problem within an hour. Once they figured the problem out they gave me a fair price to fix the issue and got to work digging right away. From my call to the time I was able to use my sewer again was two hours. Professional, quick, knowledgeable, fair pricing, and clean! If you are in trouble with your drains, give them a call!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have up front, flat rate pricing. I hate surprises and do my best by being thorough to make sure they do not happen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and go over the reason I am called out. I really like to take a look at the problem in person before saying too much about so that I am not giving false information. I make sure that I do whatever I can to make sure my customers fully trust me and my process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from high school and was a commercial fisherman for about 7 years out of high school. After fishing, I jumped into working on septic systems. I learned how to diagnose septic systems as well as pump them to start and then worked my way into sewers and have been working on them everysince. I also have a little bit of experience in drainage.
