Apple Realty, Inc, specializes in Single family, duplexes and 4 plexes Homes. Our fee is a single 10% of rents collected, there are NO OTHER FEES, NO set up, NO re-leasing, NO inspection fees. We like to keep it simple. We are a small, very personal office, that takes pride in the homes we manage. Very hands on property management company, where we do our best to treat your investments as we would, and do, our own. With the same people in the office for over 20 years, you have consistency in your great care. We keep YOUR cost down as we have no employees, all of our maintenance and other services are all done by sub contractors, all are required to be licensed and bonded by the State of Washington. By using sub-contractors we can get the lowest cost, and best service for our clients. Our inventory is around 75 homes. Most within 45 minutes of our office, so we can do quick drive by inspections, easy short notice showings. We keep our costs low, so we can pass the savings onto you. The best thing we enjoy, is keeping your investment profitable. with good screening, high quality tenants, and good, quick repairs and upkeep. It is great to have a both happy owners and happy tenants.

I have been working with Apple Realty, specifically with Katie, for over a year and a half now, and I am extremely impressed with their management skills. They have transformed the building by making it clean, quiet, and organized. The way they communicate with tenants is professional, and they are respectful towards them, which has resulted in tenants being cooperative with their management.Furthermore, Katie actively promotes lease advertising and conduct thorough tenant screening. They have filled vacant rooms quickly and have increased the income by 30%+. This shows how dedicated they are to their work and how they always prioritize their client's needs.One of the best things about Apple Realty is that they have good resources and know how to save money. They hire the right contractors for repairs and do not take any profit on the repairs, which is rare to find in a property management company. They always try to save money for the owner and cut off any unnecessary costs, which has significantly increased the revenue.As an owner, I feel relieved to have them manage the building. They have done an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone in Pierce county. Dave and Katie are amazing! They've stepped in to manage our vacant rental property and went above and beyond every step of the way. They advised us on fair market value for rents, marketed and rented the units to good tenants who pay rent on time and take good care of their homes.As for maintenance, all issues have been dealt with expediently and their maintenance technician charges very reasonable rates.I would definitely recommend Apple Realty to other property owners!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee is 10% of the rents collected per month. There is a discount for multiple properties. There is no set up or rerental fee. The ONLY fee is the monthly charge.

One of our property managers come to visit your home, discuss what we can do for you, and who we can best market and take care of your home, and give pointers on ways to do "touch ups" to make your home a better rental home, or to sell your home.

30+ years experience in the property management business, plus taking care of my own rental homes.
