Introduction
As an integrative health practitioner, I am strongly committed to the health and wellbeing of people ages 60 and greater. I offer personal training, mindfulness/guided meditation, group classes, active capabilities therapy, and dementia assessment and care. One element that separates me from other integrative health professionals and personal trainers is my incorporation of nature. Our work together will be grounded in a natural setting (in a park, the woods, ocean, conservatory) in-person (outdoors or at your home) or on-line. Our first session will be about 60 minutes, where we will co-participate in a comprehensive review of your health and history. At the end of our first session, we will begin to create an in-depth individualized plan focused on a holistic view of your wellbeing (physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, environment and purpose). Getting to play every day is such a gift and I have so much to learn. I enjoy exploring the wonders of our mind and body and how these change (or don't) as we age.

Adrienne has done an excellent job as my personal fitness trainer. She is supportive of my fitness efforts and has worked with me to develop a regular program combining walking, strength building exercises, and stretching exercises that fit into my current life style. Weekly we review my previous week's activities, the impact they had on my body, etc. and make adjustments as necessary. She is flexible in scheduling our joint sessions when my schedule changes due to my job. She is prompt at arriving for our joint sessions, communicates about additional fitness activities during the week, and sends me drawings illustrating how to do some of our exercises to assist me at home.

I am currently working with Adrienne to promote my strength training, yoga, balance, etc. She has been a positive influence in getting me motivated to start excercizing again.

More than a personal trainer Adrienne taught me how to run but also shared with me how to be better to myself all in the context of having FUN! Wanting to improve my triathlon performance my main goal in working with Adrienne was to improve my running capabilities. She taught me form, cadence, pace work and in the course of our training my speed has improved tremendously. But she also taught me balance and peace. To be at peace within myself, to be as kind to myself as I am to others. Truly the best coach/trainer I have ever worked with!

Adrienne is an excellent and very knowledgeable trainer. She has given me a great opportunity to improve aspects of my health and fitness with well paced and fun workouts each time we meet.
