Klcrawlspace insulation did a LOT of work for us in updating our whole crawl space. Everything was old, dirty, and not in working order. They were very fast to respond and schedule and even came on Thanksgiving in order to get the job done. They worked very hard and it shows in their work. I would recommend them to everyone!

HIRE KLCrawlspace! They just finished a big crawlspace project for me. Rodent Exclusion work, new insulation and new metal ducts, new vapor barrier. They were amazing!!! Imelda and Carlos are A+++++! Carlos knew what was happening immediately and where the rats were coming in. They completely changed my crawlspace. We had rats, they were chewing up the old insulation and the plastic ducts. They were honest, hard working, clean and on time, took photos of before and after. I paid one of the bigger more well known companies thousands of dollars in 2021 to fix up my crawl space and do rodent exclusion work and KL found multiple holes that were never sealed up and they did not put the metal ducts and did not insulate the pipes. KL Crawlspace is top notch, I have been through many vendors with my crawlspace and I cannot recommend KL enough. Such, kind, honest folks and they know about crawlspaces. I am so thankful I found them on Thumbtack!

Imelda, Carlos, and their crew were absolutely amazing! My crawlspace was in terrible condition, with carcasses, mostly missing insulation, lately any vapor barrier left...the works. From day 1, KL Crawlspace and crew were helpful, honest, and asked what I'd like each step of the way. And they worked so hard even in the heat, without requiring me to be there the whole time. Thanks, all, I'm sure this will last me many years! Before and after pics attached.

I hired klcrawlspace to remove insulation from my attic, clean, mold remediation, install vents on the soffits and gable also place a thermostat regulated fan. This process was smooth, affordable and timely. I even need special circumstances to ensure all of the bugs in my attic were gone due to an infestation, this includes waiting for insulation to be replaced later this summer. They are working with me and will come back to place the insulation, the whole job is paid for, and we look forward to finishing when it is time. Thank you all for your help!

I would highly recommend KLcrawlspace for any crawl space job. I greatly appreciated their quick response to my questions and helping me navigate technical problems. They started on time, finished early and completed all the work. They cleaned up and hauled away every scrap of stuff that came out of the crawl space. I hope I don’t have to, but would hire them again.
