Our team works with a lot of property management companies so we are very experienced with move-out cleanings. We know what they are looking for during their final walkthroughs and will make sure to get everything cleaned as pristine as possible. Our goal is to get you your security deposit back if possible! We also offer regular cleanings at a competitive price, so you never have to worry about taking time out of your schedule to clean your house again! We will deep clean your carpets as well for an additional charge. This is offered at a very discounted rate for the people who use our cleaning service! Great to be paired with a move out cleaning.

Cassandra did a phenomenal job cleaning our two-bedroom townhome from top to bottom. I was in a tight situation and was able to schedule her just a day in advance with no issue. She was punctual, very communicative, friendly, and considerate about cleaning around things that were still in the home during the slightly butchered moving process (on my end). Our unit was returned to move-in condition over the course of a few hours. Helpfully, company policy has all the cleaners take before and after photos, which is great to have on hand if there are any issues brought up after inspection by property managers. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a thorough house or apartment cleaning, move-out or not! Well worth it and really helped me out in a bind.
