- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a client involves: - Initial Consolation for important details such as date, time, location, number of attenders and type of event requested. - Next client submits the menu requirements for the available choices including any dietary restrictions or allergies - Once these details are prearranged, I will submit a proposal for the client to review. - The next step is to speak directly to the client and discuss menu pricing and payment terms. - After that I provide the client with a formal contract to sign once theyve decided they would like to use my services. - Then I do the pre-event preparations. Things like gathering supplies, developing a timeline and logistics plan, and establishing guest count. - Another final step is discussing with client which type of services they would like to choose from:
